Be Still

Step away from the noise.

Icons BRR2

Receive

Create space for clarity, perspective and insight.

Icons BRR1

Respond

Return to life and leadership with greater intention.

THE RETREAT RHYTHM

Over two days, we create space to slow down, reconnect with what matters and return with greater clarity for the decisions ahead.

Designed for people carrying responsibility, navigating change and seeking space to think more clearly.

Through conversation, nature, reflection and shared experiences, we create the conditions for fresh thinking, meaningful connection and deeper self-awareness.
Sometimes a single conversation, a moment of stillness, or a new perspective is enough to change what happens next.

Why We Created This

Most people do not need more information.
They need space.
Space to hear themselves again.
Space away from urgency.
Space to notice what is already trying to emerge.
Simple Things was created as a pause between chapters.

Who This Is For?

Simple Things is for people who have built something real and sense there might be a steadier, clearer, more human way to lead. Who want to think, not be told what to think. Who are carrying responsibility and searching for space to hear themselves again.
Founders, executives, investors, creatives, people in transition. Those who feel slightly out of frequency with the pace of the world around them. Those who are ready to slow down long enough to find the signal in the noise.
If you have ever wondered whether stillness might be the most productive thing you do this year, this is for you.

What Makes This Different?

Simple Things is not a conference. It is not a training programme. It is not a wellness retreat. It is a small gathering designed to create the conditions for reflection, meaningful conversation, self-observation and fresh perspective.
It is a space for thoughtful people to step back, think clearly and reconnect with what matters most.
There will be good conversations, good food and fresh air.
The rest tends to take care of itself.

Your Hosts

nathalie and Cherine
  • Nathalie spent most of her life not quite fitting the container the world kept trying to put her in, and found extraordinary richness in that. Through a career across four continents, the entrepreneurial wilderness, and the most remarkable circles of people, she eventually did the slower, quieter work that changed everything: self-reflection, grief, and the patient practice of learning to hear herself clearly again.

Simple Things was built from what she found. A deep conviction that nature, conversation, community, and genuine presence are not luxuries. They are the conditions under which real thinking happens.

She brings to this retreat everything she has learned about finding signal in noise, and the simple, unglamorous, necessary practice of returning to yourself.

Nathalie is also the founder of Blue Tree Advisors, a Swiss advisory firm supporting founders, investors and organisations through growth, transition and complexity.

    Nathalie Kazzi
    Founder of the Radiance Framework
  • Cherine has spent her career helping leaders, teams and organisations navigate growth, transition and change with greater awareness, effectiveness and confidence.

Alongside her independent practice, she collaborates with leading institutions including IMD and Université Saint-Joseph (USJ), supporting leadership development, team performance and organisational learning. Her work spans executive coaching, facilitation, family business dynamics and, more recently, systemic constellation work.

What distinguishes Cherine is her ability to create trust quickly. She brings warmth, presence and a deep curiosity about people, helping individuals and groups explore challenges, strengthen relationships and uncover new perspectives.

Like Nathalie, she believes that meaningful change rarely comes from having more answers. It comes from creating the space to ask better questions.

Together, Nathalie and Cherine create a thoughtful, grounded and engaging environment where reflection, learning and genuine connection can flourish.
