Nathalie Kazzi, creator of the Radiance Framework
Nathalie Kazzi is a systems thinker and trusted advisor with 20+ years across startups and global firms.

My earliest memory is sitting beside a small pool of red fish in my great-aunt’s garden while she hummed and tended her plants. I was two, maybe three. I went completely still. I didn’t know then that I was learning something.
I spent the next forty years trying to find my way back to that stillness.
The path took me across continents, cultures, and communities – through displacement and discovery, a high-flying corporate career, and the entrepreneurial wilderness. Through remarkable people, extraordinary experiences, and the constant joy of learning what the world has to teach. Through grief, self-reflection, and the slow patient work of understanding myself.
The Radiance Framework was born from a life fully lived. Through difficulty and delight. Through the most extraordinary circles of people. Through the constant joy of discovery.
I work with founders, executives, investors, and senior leaders who have built something real and sense there might be a steadier, clearer, more human way to lead.
