Nathalie Kazzi is a systems thinker and trusted advisor with 20+ years across startups and global firms.

Nathalie Kazzi is the founder of Radiance and of Blue Tree Advisors, a Switzerland-based strategic advisory firm supporting founders, executives, investors, boards and family offices across Europe, the Middle East and beyond.

With more than twenty years of international leadership, advisory and entrepreneurial experience, Nathalie has worked across industries including energy, technology, life sciences, private equity and family offices. Her career has spanned Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia, giving her a unique perspective on leadership, decision-making and what allows people and organizations to thrive under pressure.

Originally trained as a Civil and Environmental Engineer, she holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She began her career with Shell before moving into global leadership roles and later founding her own advisory practice.
Nathalie is known for helping leaders create order from complexity. Through a combination of systems thinking, pattern recognition and practical experience, she helps people cut through noise, strengthen decision quality and navigate uncertainty with greater clarity and confidence.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership and human development.
